@OperationalInc1 I struggle to see Melton needing more than 6TPH in peak and 3TPH off peak until the late 2030s like Pakenham/Cranbourne, especially given HCMTs will probably see a midlife upgrade to 10 cars near the end of this timeframe. Original 2013/2018 NDPs still hold in this regards. IMO.

@OperationalInc1 MARL as munnel phase two gives a new station where there is none and sufficiently satisfies the Airport use case and - as we know - the growth corridor use case out to Melton. Everyone’s focused on the west and no-one is talking about the north 👀

So many destinations in the south-east that the other main branch out there falls off the list. Sunbury, Watergardens, Melton, Airport, West Footscray. It could all be the same in the West/North-west with MARME.
So we gonna see Werribee extension to Wyndham Vale and MARME anytime soon? 😃
