Men, when healthy, are the energy regulators + women, when healthy, are the energy infusers. The caveat is: a man’s responsibility in the relationship is two-fold. When his energy’s off, her energy dysregulates, she becomes insecure. When her energy is off, he must compensate.

A marriage isn’t meant to be two halves becoming a whole. You’re meant to be two complete & healthy people merging together like drops of water into a bigger & better form.

It’s harder to commit to a person in your 20s because you don’t realize how rare it is to find someone good for you whom you adore. Unfortunately many lose out to a false assumption that shots at a good life are abundant. The older you get the less naïve you are about this.

Guys will invite a woman out way too quickly if she’s hot. What they need to do is determine if she’s worth it first. She’s gotta earn it. A hot girl can make you annoyed af, look bad in public with trashy behavior or even pose a liability if you don’t qualify her first.
