My controversial view is that you absolutely should not be pitching stories to editors/journalists by phone in 2025 (and I say this as a freelancer who pitches too!). I shared why I changed my mind on this and what you can do instead here:

@JaneSymons1 @mjauk Hundreds of thousands of them - e.g. the multivitamins are typically £2 to £4 over the counter. But good point, I should do a separate analysis of regular cost vs what it's cost the NHS.
