@rblbank As I mentioned earlier, I have no interest in explaining the issue again to your customer support team. I have already explained it multiple times over the phone and in person to your executives. Since I have raised the issue on X please update the status here only.

@rblbank Never seen such a poor management in banking sector. And worst part is, Customer is reporting the issue, debugging the same and sharing the analysis report with bank employees, still bank is not able to resolve the issue in 6 months.

@ShoonyaApp There was not even a single call on my phone from any number. Please stop making false claims. If you really have intensions to resolve the issue. Please go through the details that I have provided or call me genuinely.

@ShoonyaApp There was only one call throughout the day. And when I picked up, the same was disconnected by the caller only after playing some call waiting music. I am available throughout the day and reachable on the registered number

@ShoonyaApp I suggest to include monthly and yearly plans instead of rs. 5 per trade to retain customers, as there are some good brokers offering similar plans
