A judge has no Constitutional authority to ban an Executive Branch appointee from accessing anything in an Executive Branch agency. The President is the head of the branch. The judge has no power over that plenary Constitutional authority. Defy the orders. Impeach the judge.

This has gotten way out of control. Trump should ignore this decision and ask for SCOTUS to step in immediately.
You have a judge who said the Secretary of the Treasury is not allowed to access treasury payments but some unelected pencil pusher who’s accountable to no one can. My God what are they trying to hide.

And they claimed Trump was a threat to Denocracy. Trump needs to ignore this constitutional ruling. And ask the SCOTUS to rule on this immediately. To suggest that the chief executive dies not have authority over an executive office is absurd. And Republicans need to immediately bring impeachment charges against the judge.
Secretary of the Treasury functions as the CFO of the U.S. government. If the CFO is denied access to spending information, how can he do his job? The people elected Donald Trump, who appointed Scott Bessent to run the Treasury — not bureaucrats.

Do not put words in my mouth! My original post was about playing in Wyoming, which is never easy. As i told you before, it wouldn't be easy with my fathets teams.
UNLV has been wildly inconsistent all season long which is a sign of a not so good team. Only fools thought UNLV was showing signs of a league contender or any such stretch. They played relatively well, obviously an aberration from the norm. Some scorched their shorts with the 3-0 start. That was laughable too.

@tarkaniang I thought you didn’t want to continue. UNLV was playing well because they beat SDSU? But lost by 22 to both CSU and BSU and lost at home to USU right before that … that’s not playing well. It’s not like Wyoming beat a red hot UNLV squad.

Administration needs to ignore this ruling until SCOTUS steps in.
This ruling is absolutely insane! How on Earth are we supposed to stop fraud and waste of taxpayer money without looking at how money is spent? That’s literally impossible! Something super shady is going to protect scammers.

And UNLV was playing well then. I never said UNLV won't beat wyoming. I said it wo t be an easy win. And if one of my fsthers team was going to wyoming, i would stay it wont be an easy win.
@tarkaniang And UNLV beat both of those teams. Watched many. All that you have mentioned. And even w/ seeing that, I wouldnt call a team that is smack dab in the middle of 330 teams a quality team. There arent many 9th place teams in any conf that are “quality” - certainly not in the MWC

I don't have a problem with that. I am arguing that Wyoming is a very difficult place to play. They play hard for 40 minutes and are a lot better than their record. UNLV is not playing well. That is why this wont be wn eady game.

I don’t rely on metrics. They’ve lost 7 of their last ten and you call them playing well. If you aren’t taking metrics, records, the betting line into consideration when you are calling them a quality team - by what criteria are you calling them a quality team? Eyeballs? Because they aren’t quality by eyeballs, either. Are the a quality team because they stole one at the Mack? Several teams have done that.

@tarkaniang They only have won one game bye more than 15 or more. That was AF. They have multiple single digit wins vs SUB 250 teams.

@tarkaniang Wyoming is 4-8 in conference, 7-4 at home. Sorry, even taking the spread out of it, metrics don’t spell out a quality team.

First. I dont gamble. Second, only idiots do not take into account intangibles and rely some on the money line. Which is based on how gamblers are betting.
@tarkaniang When you’re favorite by Las Vegas books, it means you should win. By all means, drop a ton on the other side money line if you think UNLV shouldn’t win.
