@nickcammarata I like appreciating music to see the perspectives of different speakers and I figure I can be tough enough to indirectly deal with whatever they had to deal with. or in other cases it's more like, ok I'll try to see things in their potentially (maybe temporarily) semi-lousy way.

@bayesianboy I'd think both hardware and software count. Like how the nervous system, cells, molecules, and physics gadgets all "realize" me. Unless realization isn't transitive? But all these layers seem like part of the "implementation" of a given "instance" of consciousness.
