I love ScribbleDAO, but it cannot scale as it is! We’ve poured immense effort into building this community from the ground up, starting with just 10 writers and researchers and growing to 65 writers, 5+ senior KOLs, and top-tier co-founders, all of whom Scribblers now have access to. It’s been a journey of grit, consistency, and persistence. But this article isn’t about celebrating the past it’s about exploring how and why we, as a community, can take ScribbleDAO to the next level Here are some things that work well at @scribble_dao but could be made faster: 1. Review Process We review every thread with the projects to ensure no false information goes out. While this is crucial, it can sometimes take time due to bandwidth constraints. 2. Winner Announcements If you’ve followed me for a while, you know how much I love announcing winners in the community, it’s one of the best parts of managing and building ScribbleDAO. However, winner announcements are sometimes delayed because they rely on external project teams. 3. Onboarding New Writers Joining ScribbleDAO is a tedious and often challenging process. Some give up along the way, while others persevere to succeed. However, this process is slow because it’s manual—and MAYBE that’s why it works. (Especially with onboarding new Writers) All of these processes are operations-heavy and time-intensive, but they are extremely important for the success of the community. They form a core pillar of ScribbleDAO’s foundation. However, like all good things, these processes need to evolve. What this community needs is a replacement for Tanmay (Me). Yes, you read that right. ScribbleDAO needs me to step back from operations and focus on building systems. But a system is only as good as the people who follow it, which is where the WWF motto comes into play. The next phase of ScribbleDAO is brighter, bigger, and more inclusive (though oxymoronic to read for now). We’re moving toward a future where the community is open to all crypto researchers and writers worldwide. The answer to 'how' lies in something crypto is known for permissionless systems (more on this later). Our core aim has always been: • For Projects: To act as a Crypto Distribution Engine. • For Researchers and Writers: To enable Permissionless Earning. Make sure you join ScribbleDAO’s public channel and start to WWF. That’s it from my side.
