@MikeNellis I spent a weekend frightened, wondering if the drug trial for a chronic blood cancer I have was cancelled two weeks ago. Luckily it wasn't since it was funded by the drug maker, but my doctor had other patients who weren't so lucky.

@Rainmaker1973 Declawing of cats is cruel & inhumane, but it is still practiced in the USA. This is what's removed from a cat's feet if it is declawed.

@DirkDigglerisme @Rainmaker1973 You shouldn't be owning a cat at all. May I suggest a Pet Rock for you instead?

@ALPHARACINGINC @WatchfulVOTER24 @JoJoFromJerz So you know more than trained mental health experts? Gotcha!

@ALPHARACINGINC @WatchfulVOTER24 @JoJoFromJerz The DSM-5, being transgender itself is not considered a mental illness; instead, the diagnosis for someone experiencing significant distress related to their gender identity is called "gender dysphoria," which focuses on the distress experienced, not the gender identity itself.

@WatchfulVOTER24 @JoJoFromJerz I didn't lie. Genetically, you can't changes sex. People CAN change the look of their bodies, if they wish, to look like the gender they identify as. "Regular" people aren't harmed by the existence of transgender people anymore than anyone else trying to live.

@lmm33 @JoJoFromJerz I'm glad you're both living your lives as you see fit. Adults should have this freedom as long as everyone involved has consented.

@brown644076 @lmm33 @JoJoFromJerz Yet if a person is born feeling they are the wrong gender & they articulate this from the very beginning of their lives, how do you explain that?

@jayrok35 @JoJoFromJerz Other biological sex karyotypes include: X: Turner's syndrome XXY: Klinefelter syndrome XYY: Roughly 1 in 1,000 people XXXY: Roughly 1 in 18,000 to 1 in 50,000 births Rare? Yes, but proof physically the binary is not ironclad. Mentally it isn't ironclad either.

@WatchfulVOTER24 @JoJoFromJerz True from a genetic standpoint, but they can change the appearance of their body to match their inner gender identity. They are simply trying to be as comfortable as they can be within their own skin. How does that hurt you or dimish your life in any way?
