We found no significant myocardial scar in young patients with R-AAOCA. This is in contrast with data in adults (scar in RCA territory). This emphasizes the importance of risk stratifying young athletes with R-AAOCA as some may be at higher risk. @TCHheartcenter @bcmhouston
