The things I can't say on IRL social media because too many people would think I was referring to them.

@KiritDawda @YouKeepUsingTW @doobyscoo1 @elonmusk @matt_vanswol @DOGE @USTreasury I think we’re seeing, for the 1st time or maybe ever, transparency. What’d you expect cutting wasteful spending to look like? Or…if you just don’t like that Trump/Musk are the ones finally looking into waste, why doesn’t it bother you no one much cared to do it for decades?

@libsoftiktok A bigger Constitutional crisis than marrying her own brother to get him immigration papers?

@KiritDawda @doobyscoo1 @elonmusk @matt_vanswol @DOGE @USTreasury But now...you must be thrilled it's being seriously looked into. Yes?

@b_srdf @Kalor1965 @ProfMJCleveland @Miessy4 Thank you! But I think having multiple people say “um….no” was what did the trick. And, like I said, it’s scary he styles himself as a security advisor!!!!

@b_srdf @Kalor1965 @ProfMJCleveland And @Miessy4 Looks like Paul realized his “multiple names using one SSN” and “#s reused” was not correct information and he has deleted his posts insisting it was. So we can count that as our “refuting false info” good deed for the day. 😁

@bonchieredstate I'm not a math person...but even I can figure out that someone born in 1870 would have been 65 in 1935 and, therefore, would have been in the pool of the first recipients of social security. 🙄🙄🙄

@Kalor1965 @ProfMJCleveland I'm sorry, Paul. Not only doesn't your link explain how multiple persons can have the same SS#, it actually says the very opposite. IOW - multiple people utilizing the same SS# is fraud and not SOP.

@365_Solved @ProfMJCleveland @elonmusk But is that a good reason not to do the investigation = allow fraud to continue?

@KiritDawda @doobyscoo1 @elonmusk @matt_vanswol @DOGE @USTreasury She gave that as a possible reason Trump was focused on other things during 1st term Not as an invitation to debate the origins of covid You could've simply said "I disagree it was a purposely released bio-weapon but that's a different discussion". Just a suggestion for future

@true_flesh @ProfMJCleveland My local library system tries to get SS#s as ID to get a library card. And I'm sure many have just handled it over.

@nina_opers @ProfMJCleveland Why? Do you have good, relevant info that sheds a different light on it?

@LassThoughts @ProfMJCleveland @Magnum_CK My husband hasn't been able to e-file for years because someone somewhere got hold of his SS#....meaning we, since we file joint return. I *do* wish we collected a refund..instead of paying $$ into the massive waste/fraud system being revealed. 😢 It stinks yours was stolen.

@KiritDawda @doobyscoo1 @elonmusk @matt_vanswol @DOGE @USTreasury @KiritDawda And this has what, exactly, to do with the Treasury Department payment system? (I'll give you the answer = nothing) So perhaps stay on topic and actually address your inability to accept the relevant answers you've already been given.

@kristenmag I have no desire to hijack the thread but have an updated POV from lab researcher SIL when I ran the new NIH cap on “overhead costs” by him. He thinks this will actually be good for medical research.
I ran this by PhD computational biologist researcher son-in-law...not at one of the big 3, but at an "independent, nonprofit biomedical research institute". His take is this serves univ. and medical research foundations right because there *is* administrative bloat. /1
