This is profound for a large number of reasons. Documentation is dead. I first started recording myself in 2007 so developers could understand what I was thinking when I built some of the things I built. Lol I will fill this void and make it far easier to communicate to customers, internally and externally.

This post motivated me, I’m not gonna lie. I’ve been teetering on the edge of doing some AI work with agents, but I like the rag model concept that you talked about. I find that I have to do everything locally though because the cloud is way too pricey for rag model stuff Unless you found a better spot to do it I think local is probably the best.

It’s kind of a mix of both actually. if you do a new project every six months that’s pretty awesome. You will learn how to scaffold and build new apps but after a while, the deeper work is better and spending a few years in a company on an app isn’t that bad actually especially if you’re doing difficult work
