@willmcgugan Maybe try a different Physio. First two I went to were rubbish. Third was a bit mental but got me fixed up pretty quickly (mostly by *really* drumming in the 30 mins every day walk thing, in hindsight)

@willmcgugan I don't think that it fixed me though (anything muscular), it was just pain relief. The fix was doing a 30 minute walk every morning, rain or shine, for six months. That, and doing stretches recommended by the physio.

@sinabooeshaghi But most of all, having LLM summaries doesn't preclude any of these things, and shouldn't. It's just one additional tool which may or may not be useful to different people :)

@sinabooeshaghi However, if you don't need these features then we don't want this to get in the way. We were careful to include a --no-ai flag that strips all of the AI functionality. Stick it in your config and it'll be like it was never there 🤫
