@SLT_Francesca In my view, Balanced System is the best (only) framework for a whole LA/school approach to managing SLCN at UTS levels AND measuring impact. Limited SLT is not the fault of the framework, it will be the lack of resource within that framework: The national SLT/funding shortage.

@SLTTina @SLT_Francesca It absolutely doesn’t!!!!! Google them for more info. They are the best framework out there for whole LA and whole school approaches to supporting communication development AND measuring impact. All in one system.
