Kenneth knows better than President Donoghue who gave the decision. The rant of some people over the truth almost is too funny. For months they relied on the ICJ, and now they are lost in translation.
They don't care about law, moral or science. It's politics.
The American ex International Court of Justice president splits hair. Everyone has a right to be protected from genocide. The court found it plausible that Palestinians' right was in jeopardy. That means it's plausible that Israel is committing genocide.

A true scandal, given the weight granted to this report by the Court. And to think that the Court ignored a report by Israel showing exactly the defaults in this report.
This strengthens the claim I made in this article - Israel did not receive its day in Court in the ICJ.

למרות שאני מרצה למשפטים, מעולם לא לקחתי חלק בדיון על הרפורמה, בעד או נגד, כי הרגשתי שזה אירוע שימיט עלינו אסון ולא רציתי חלק בזה. הבוקר אני משוכנע בכך עוד יותר. מי שחשוב שהוא ניצח טועה, וגם מי שמתכנן תגובת נגד טועה. כל הויכוח הזה לא שווה את מה שהוא מוציא מאיתנו, או מחולל לנו.

לצערי הליך העריכה של מאמרים ביחס לצה"ל מאתגר למדי, וממש מכריחים אותנו להתייחס לטענות שקריות כאילו הן אמת. על רקע זה, להבדיל ממאמרים אחרים, אני לא חש שמחה או התרגשות - רק הקלה. אני מרגיש טיפה טוב יותר שיש נרטיב מתחרה לזה שעושה הכול בשביל לפגוע בשם הטוב של מדינת ישראל. הנה דוגמה.

איך זה משנה את העובדה שהוא גייס וניהל את המבצע, ונושא באחריות פלילית ומוסרית למה שנעשה במסגרתו? לפי המשפט הבינלאומי, למשל, יעמידו לדין את מפקד המבצע לפני שיעמידו חפ"ש. כנ"ל לגבי ענישה.
ולגבי חשיפת פרטים - חשוב לחשוף לציבור גם את ההתעללות הנוראית בעמוס תמם. אם כבר נתון רלוונטי.

לצערי זה היה צפוי מראש!
שרשור האג. כל מי שקופץ עם הכרזה שאהרן ברק יציל את מדינת ישראל בהאג לא מבין את הסיטואציה. יש בבי הדין 15 שופטים, עוד לפני ברק והמינוי של דרא"פ, שלא חייבים להתחשב בדעתו, ולא מובן מאליו שברק יוכל לשכנע בצדקת עמדתה של מדינת ישראל. כל הכבוד לברק שמתגייס למאמץ, אבל החגיגות מוקדמות .
