On Friday, Marcia found an air tag on her car, and the tire slashed on another car in front of her home. Despite the attempts to scare her, she still testified today. The defense tried to keep her out of the courtroom by not excusing her. The judge excused her.

It wasn't overlooked, it was covered up. Initial reports made it seem like he suddenly died, but it was hypoxia due to physical restraint. He was beaten, tased, and hogtied. Then one of the officers put his knee on his back until he was unconscious.
Even in his hometown, Manuel Ellis' killing by police went largely overlooked. Then his sister, Monet Carter-Mixon, went looking for answers. Her quest ended Thursday with unprecedented charges against three officers, based on evidence she discovered.
