i actually gained the least amount of weight i ever have on break i think im just like this now 🙏🏾

i bought binge food but now i’m craving a high protein healthy meal 🧍🏾‍♀️

just realised maintenance calories are like 1.7k so i should genuinely try to maintain like a normal person over christmas to minimise emotional turmoil

idk what to stress over anymore maybe. muscle and definition?? or nutrition?? or all ig

and it’s christmas i’m gonna gain like 2kgs

i may have accidentally met both my personal and societal beauty standards?? idk what to do now ig work on my overall appearance like outfits and stuff ??

and boobs omg… genuinely wtf am i supposed to do now i have to decide if i care abt numbers or appearance 😭

forgetting i’m not a teen is so embarrassing esp cause i used to make fun of millennials when they were 20

icl because of how much my face slims before my body i might have to just lose fat instead of weight cause i want my face to look pretty not sick. my bf% is my only real issue i just lose weight because im disordered not fit. like my diet is abt calories not nutrition 🧍🏾‍♀️
