@IcelandFoods Sending a van with frozen goods would have probably been the easiest way to fix this but it’s bizarre that me being a member of the public than a frozen specialist company coming up with that resolution was faster than your customer service team? My kids need fed. Not “refund”

@IcelandFoods Also why do I have to wait 3-5 working days for my food / money refund when it was paid in good faith. We are not all on a position to be able to wait for money for food on our tables. That’s pretty pass remarkable in this day and age.

@IcelandFoods Hey Paul, an apology and a refund would be fine first time but it’s an expectation now rather than the exception. Is your company that poor in customer service? Please check how often I’ve used your company and been let down. That’s when I’ve reported and best I get is refund?

@IcelandFoods I’d like to suggest you change your name to Defrostland. Ordered a delivery for between half 12 and half 2 and got it at 20 Past 12 , fully defrosted products but inedible/ unusable all the same. Not first time either. Not impressed. 🥲
