خصص المركز 3 جولات ثقافية في الجامع، للطلاب المشاركين في برنامج الشباب الشتوي لجامعة خليفة، من جمهورية الصين، والبالغ عددهم (88) طالباً. حيث أطلعهم أخصائيو الجولات الثقافية لدى المركز على "قبة السلام"، وعلى "درب التسامح"، وما يقدمه المركز من خدمات لمرتادي الجامع، كما اطلع الطلاب على رسالة الجامع الداعية للتسامح والتواصل الحضاري، وعلى جماليات العمارة الإسلامية في تفاصيله الهندسية. وتأتي هذه الجولات الثقافية في إطار تعزيز المركز دوره المحوري في مد جسور التقارب مع مختلف ثقافات العالم، وقد أبدى الطلاب المشاركون في الجولات إعجابهم بالمركز ورسالته، وبدوره الحضاري في نشر قيم التسامح والتعايش بين الشعوب، وبما يقدمه لمرتاديه من خدمات مميزة. The Centre organized three cultural tours at Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque for 88 students from the People’s Republic of China participating in the Khalifa University Winter Youth Program. During the tours, the Centre’s cultural tour specialists introduced the students to the "Dome of Peace" and the "Path of Tolerance," highlighting the various services available to mosque visitors. The students also learned about the mosque’s message of tolerance and cultural dialogue and explored its intricate architectural details, which reflect the beauty of Islamic architecture. These cultural tours align with the Centre’s commitment to fostering connections between diverse cultures worldwide. يطلعكم مركز جامع الشيخ زايد الكبير على مجموعته الفريدة من “الكتب النادرة” بطابع فريد ومتميز. تعرفوا على كتاب “مقال عن العمارة العربية والمورية” لمؤلفه جوزيف فيليبير جيرو دو برانجيه ضمن “سلسلة الكتب النادرة“. هذا الكتاب، والمطبوع في باريس من طرف آرنولد هاوزر، يعد منشوراً بحثياً مهماً ومصدراً لرسوم توضيحية مهمة عن العمارة الأندلسية في إسبانيا، إذ يضم بين طياته 28 لوحة مطبوعة حجرياً، منها اثنتان ملونتان. نشر دو برانجيه عام 1841 كتاب "مقال عن العمارة العربية والمورية في إسبانيا وصقلية ولدى البربر" تضمن لوحات لجامع قرطبة إضافة إلى ذلك نشر عام 1842 كتاباً آخر بعنوان "مختارات من زخارف قصر الحمراء المورية" تضمن بدوره بعض المناظر من الصرح الأندلسي. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Centre’s ‘Rare Books’ series is our platform to share stories from Islamic civilizations through a variety of Islamic mediums. Today, we present a book titled “ESSAI SUR L'ARCHITECTURE DES ARABES ET DES MORES” by Joseph Philibert Girault de Prangey. This book, printed in Paris by A Hauser, is an important publication of research and illustrations on ‘Moorish’ (Islamic) architecture in Spain. This book has 28 lithographic prints, 2 in colours. In 1841, de Prangey published “Essai sur l’architecture des Arabes et des Mores, en Espagne, en Sicile et en Barbari”, which includes plates of the Mosque of Cordoba, furthermore, in 1842, he published another book entitled, “Choix d’ornements moresques de l’Alhambra”, including some views from the Andalusian monument. #جامع_الشيخ_زايد_الكبير #sheikhzayedgrandmosque
