With no basketball for a while... we will look back at our 19-20 season over the next week with some of this teams major accomplishments! 1st, This years team won 20 games (20-11). It was an 18 game improvement form the 18-19 season (2-26) & 1st winning season as a D2 program!
Our 4th signee, 6’6 F Solomon Smith. He spent last season at Clarendon CC in TX. As a freshman he played at Queens and was a key contributor on their Final 4 team. Solomon is a versatile player who can play both the F & G position!

on being named the NCCAA Athlete of the Week! This past week Dunlap collected 45 points, including a career high 31 points against King, 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals! Way to be a Warrior, Ta’Jay!

Our 1st “Warrior 4 Life” meeting tonight. Our guys learned about interviewing for a job, building a career, moving up the ladder, & family/life balance. Educating them on life after basketball. Great night, and great speaker! Our guys got better as people tonight!

We will be previewing our signees in our first recruiting class over the next week. Up first, was our first signee Ta'Jay Dunlap. A 4A All-State PG from Westwood HS. He was also 2X all region, and a top 50 player in the '19 class in SC. Excited to have him @ SWU!

Our 3rd signee in this years class is Tranard Ferrell, 6’7 F from SMC, with 2 years to play for the warriors! Tranard is long, athletic, and can really run the floor! Excited to add him to our front line this season

is 6’7 F, Hunter Davis. Hunter comes to SWU after last playing at Dodge City CC. He will add size and versatility to our line up, while providing more outside shooting for the Warriors this year! Excited for the next 2 years for Hunter at SWU
Our 5th signee in this class is Edwon Brady. Edwon is a 6’0 guard from Clarendon CC. He was first team all region 5 in Texas, and averaged 13 PPG and lead the team in charges taken & steals. He will be a great 2 way player for the Warriors!
Our 6th signee this year is TJ Harvin, a 6’ G transfer from LMU. TJ will have 2 years with the Warriors. The left handed guard will add toughness, shot making and ability to guard the ball to the lineup! We are excited to have TJ in Central!
