This is incorrect. For a few of the venues, they have exclusive deals with SeatGeek to sell the tickets directly through them. You literally can not buy through Ticketmaster if you are trying for tickets for say, Taylor’s Glendale AZ shows.

Same with ibuprofen. It’s deadly for the kidneys. Put my grandma into renal failure (which she ultimately died from), and it gave me an acute kidney injury so now I can never take ibuprofen again and only Tylenol.

The phone company you’re with can be of help here too, getting records of all the conversations. It’s common. Also, meet with as many lawyers as you can. Once you meet them, he can’t hire them because it’s a conflict of interest for them even if you never hired them.
