A new low in user friendliniess has been reached. We have received support tickets from @bisonapp customers that were asked to go through ridiculous practices to be allowed to withdraw their Bitcoin. To withdraw their Bitcoin, the user is asked to provide screenshots of the "platform of their receival address that show their name, email address and phone number together with their receival address". Of course the BitBoxApp doesn't have this information, so Bison came up with a brilliant solution: Add multiple accounts and give them account names containing your name, phone number and email! Mind you, this is on top of a previously done 'satoshi test'. This practice is completely unacceptable, ineffective and hostile towards users. We strongly urge @bisonapp to get rid of these completely unnecessary steps and customers to look into using different platforms to buy Bitcoin.
