@drdenwalker 5,000 IU's of D3 a day; Vitamin C; Magnesium (using the spray at night on my feet and legs). I don't eat processed foods. I make everything from scratch. I moderately exercise (rebounder). If I get sick I drink hot lemon water with turmeric, honey, ginger, cayenne. Haven't been.

@mrmikeMTL I would purchase a "smoking section" seat on airplanes to CA. Row 21 and behind. smoking section. People would walk back there and light up if they didn't have a seat. It was a social thing for sure. Poor people in the front. they were smoking too.

@nailbender1974 I found out besides being immune to snake poison, they only live 2-3 years. and eat around 3000 ticks a day. Their teeth are so ugly because they have no defenses. I kind of love them.

@Nutmegbunny9 did they have a church service today? Maybe a funeral or wedding. That will clear out the community in no time. My hubby and I live amongst the Amish and had a girl working for us a long time ago. She invited us to her wedding. which last hours and is in German. :).

I got my Byrna Launcher (non lethal firearm that shoots rubber pellets and teargas - for those pesky highway protesters perhaps?) Every teacher should carry one of these. I love it and plan on taking it into church too. God bless you all.

@shagbark_hick Agreed. My dad took us camping in almost every state of the union in a 16 man army tent (no money). He was a sergeant in the army. I will never forget the fun and beauty and I want to do it all again as a grown up. It was a pleasure (Hawaii is the only state left for me).

@carsonkrow I quit sugar (use stevia and bake Keto desserts for healthier sweets) and quit processed foods. Protein, veggies, fruit, sourdough bread, legumes, nuts, seeds. that's all you really need. Also, we eat too many meals. one or 2 a day is more that you need.

@Nutmegbunny9 cha-ching! I love the blue ones. I had run into a friends mom, giving these away along with BROWN ones! I've never seen brown ones. They have the bubbles in the glass (makes them more expensive). I go after these at auctions, sales, etc.
