One of the things I have seen sorely needed on Twitter is the knowledge that you are a beloved son or daughter of God, you are important, and Heavenly Father & Jesus love you very much. It doesn't make mental illness go away, but hope & faith in Them help anchor & lift you.
My depression became very evident after the birth of my second child. Having mental illness does NOT mean I lack faith or I am of lesser value. The Gospel of Jesus Christ helps gives me hope, give me purpose and help me see how precious I am to Him.

Always rinse your dried beans! As it says on the back of the bag "This is a raw agricultural product" You rinse canned beans because the liquid is more "gas" producing
