A5… begin focusing on closing those rings on the Apple Watch. bringing lunch and healthy snacks… remembering to drink at least 64 oz. Of water daily. .
@AllysonApsey A5: I struggle with this especially the last few years. I do try to walk and hike at least once a week. I’ve been also trying to actually make lunch and even prep it for the week. Meditate in the morning. And keeping a sense of humor. #VAESPchat.
