Watched Black Panther last night and was AMAZED by how it holds up. Frustrating to think about how Wakanda Forever and everything else failed to live up to the OG. Like Logan, Dark Knight, or IronMan, BP1 elevated comic media on a cultural level. It's rising tide floated ships

@The_DarkMonarch There were rough moments, but I appreciate what he did for Tim Drake, you don't get a lot of him and Bruce bonding like that anymore. And Zur En Arrh's Bruce clone... And the Bat verse story in Batman 900... It was great. Zdarsky is wonderful
It was the best, was like Grant Morrison fan fic, but that's ideal to me. I loved every moment of everything he did with Zur En Arrh and Fail-Safe. His Catwoman and Vandal Savage angles were incredibly lame and stale tho. His Gordon was GOAT'ED tho, tbf. Balances things out
