a few things I intend to accomplish this september:
- defend my master's thesis
- read 2 non-academic books
- get back into chess
- weekly tennis lessons
- lower screentime (max 3hours per day)
some december goals:
- excel at all my remaining uni assignments
- workout at least 3x a week
- 4h average phone screen time
- go look at Christmas lights
- have a 7k average monthly step count
- more healthy home cooked meals
- read more often
feeling soooo lazy today but i'm committed to staying disciplined and reaching my body goals this time so i'm doing 1h of mat pilates followed by 20min yoga<3
I literally love to leave like... love to go. I love to vanish, I love to exit. The minute I'm not enjoving myself I literally have no choice but to bounce.
