was just out grocery shopping and saw a girl who was literally skin and bones. yk when faces get all sunken and skeletal? triggered me so bad i can’t lie but i also felt so sad for her
my mom now thinks that i’m “struggling with eating” not that i’m actively relapsing ln purpose so…. i guess i just continue to try and stay under the radar?

i read paperweight last week and actually found it pretty good, i’d probably give it a solid 4/5! that’s the only one off this list i’ve finished so far, but i recommend it :)
just made the decision (along with my parents) to take a year off school. this is what eating disorders do. they’re not glamorous, they’re not fun, they’re life ruining. i can’t go to school anymore and i still don’t feel sick enough. when will it end
why don’t more people on edtwt follow an ed recov mealplan but those super low ones?? you’d be getting filling meals and not having to count a ton because it’s so detailed 😭 the refeeding one is like 650 kcal and includes 3 meals & 2 snacks
can someone with autism tell me if absolutely DREADING going to work (we’re talking, panicking, crying in multiple days up to), could be related to autism? i’m not diagnosed yet so i’m not sure about like anything lol
