understandable. i attempted recov but my bmi 15 body HAUNTED me, biggest tip if you want to recover is to delete all bodychecks honestly

why don’t more people on edtwt follow an ed recov mealplan but those super low ones?? you’d be getting filling meals and not having to count a ton because it’s so detailed 😭 the refeeding one is like 650 kcal and includes 3 meals & 2 snacks
