Huge performance from our guy Nick Snyder at the Sommersmethod Pro Day! Nick made his MLB debut in 2021 with the Texas Rangers and spent last year with the Phillies before facing a tough setback—tearing his UCL during his first spring training outing. Now, just 10 months post-surgery, this was only his second bullpen session back, and he’s already showing glimpses of his old self. Once fully healthy, he’s capable of dialing up the heater to 101-102 mph. Someone needs to sign this guy—he’s on the rise!

Hard truth: It’s not the coach screwing you over. The coach gets paid to win games. I would’ve hated hearing this as a player, but if you’re not playing, if you’re not getting opportunities- it’s because you’re not good enough. Yes, coaches have favorites, but their favorites are the ones who deliver. Be so good they can’t ignore you. You need to be undeniable
