I have literally made an error and been pulled in the middle of an inning and had to sit on the bench because I’m better than that. 🤷🏻♀️ I promise you I never made that mental error ever again. You either get better or you get complacent.

If you don’t want someone to swing 3-0 as a pitcher don’t get into a 3-0 count. 🤷🏻♀️ I don’t wanna be in an 0-2 count as a hitter therefore I need to swing the bat and be on my game to ensure that doesn’t happen. Simple. Just be better😉.
