@sportznut67 @sophie_acklin I can’t work out if it’s the 3 part owners (Aust, NZ & EN) + a further 5 (top qualifiers in each region), for a total of 8 countries, or just the top 5 qualifiers. A tournament of 8 nations would make more sense to me, otherwise only the Africas would really be up for grabs

@hosko @jessbee1999 @YaThinkN Completely separate issue. Asking an elite athlete to do a twirl, ignoring that they’ve won a Golden Slam because they’re a woman, or if they’re going to dance for their warm up because they are men competing in “womens” sport is performance based misogyny.

@jessbee1999 @YaThinkN Still a shame that this one - which they surely knew would attract the trolls, didn’t provide some balance. And The Project report was 🤮 - Forcadilla did well despite some of the “questions” eg will a dance like this be part of your warm up? Pretty off to an elite athlete

@georgjar I’d be interested to see Austin at WA. Has the smarts, plus added height and defensive capability. SFs have been using Heffernan as their highest CPR, and their long court transition via WD/GD has been sublime. Diamonds need to slow that up to give defenders more of a chance
