here’s some stuff i’m not aloud to do because of my ed:
•weigh myself
•any type of exercise
•eat skinny diet food
•buy food myself
•go to the toilet straight after eating
•eat food thats not on my stupid meal plan
•any fasting (i have to eat 3-4 times a day)
i was gone for a while.
i decided that i’m gonna try my best to recover because ana was destroying me. it felt great to try. i ate whatever i wanted and beat the thoughts and made great progress. though now the thoughts are destroying me again and i’m coming back. hello moots🤍
guys i feel like eating in a calorie deficit everyday makes u lose more than fasting :/ it’s worked for me i’ve lost sm more than when fasting though i suppose it depends on the amount u eat after a fast.
my calorie deficit is 500-600
you will not gain anything from a binge.
you will not gain anything from going over your calorie limit.
you will not gain anything at all.
so tell your brain to shut up and relax.
i literally can’t wait for christmas. Being in an oversized hoodie and warm leggings, the feeling of hunger inside me 24/7, sh scars all over my legs and a nice warm candle being lit while i cry cus i ate too much🥰
