I don't wanna promote anything but basically I started smoking weed pretty often and I just kinda stopped caring
like I still count calories mostly accurately and weigh myself once a week but it's not like obsessive and I'm maintaining bmi low 13s

when I was trying to lose I had metabolism weeks on holidays just because I couldn't get away with not eating but then I realized that I actually lost more afterwards

try to keep in mind that if you get hospitalized and tubed you will have to consume way more food than if you just eat something small now which means if you choose to eat something and keep it you are actually choosing to consume less food

it will never be low enough for your disorder but if you go any lower you're gonna die and you're already extremely thin so please consider stopping
