In the world of trading, when you win, another person has lost most likely.

Had a decently big L month in February and took a break for a week or two

Your "Why" in trading can be both a good thing and a bad thing for your journey.
You must make sure the "Why" must be to achieve a goal, rather than purely to remove pain.
