The Light The World Giving Machines were launched today at the Sarit Centre in Nairobi. The Giving Machines, sponsored by @Ch_JesusChrist, provide an instant act of service for people to help with life-improving items to six charities in #Kenya.

Honored to attend the donor roundtable for the Takaba Water Master Plan, a crucial initiative aimed at enhancing Climate Resilience and securing Sustainable Water Services for Takaba, Mandera County. The water crisis is inherently linked to the climate crisis, by addressing water scarcity, we not only ensure reliable access to water but also strengthen food security and mitigate the impacts of climate change. This master plan underscores the urgent need for resilient water infrastructure, especially in the Northeastern region, which faces unique challenges from both climate change and resource scarcity. Building infrastructure that can withstand these challenges is key to securing water for current and future generations. It was encouraging to witness strong commitments from the various development partners and the county government alike. It was also wonderful to reconnect with inspiring women and leaders committed to driving positive change. #ClimateResilience #SustainableWater
