Wow that’s so hard all my ED did to me was make me purge on an empty stomach during fasting for 10 days & the only thing I’d consume is one bottle of water, & a swig of acv 3x a day. my ED is such a joke next to her I should be ashamed. We found her everyone she IS THE BEST ana😔

Off topic but “+500” is not enough to build muscle bros retarded💀 to build mass you have to be in a calorie surplus, when I was lifting and doing hiit 5x a week I had to eat like 1780-2000cal to maintain my 60lbs SMM then I gave up hiit relapsed and lost like 15lbs of muscle💀

I used “believe” in haes (gross I know)I told myself Every lying the book to try to justify the fact that I got fat. A fat person can be “fit”,as in have high work out tolerance,strength etc..but those things DO NOT MAKE YOU HEALTHY THERE IS NO FUCKING WAY TO BE HEALTHY AT 500lbs
