it’s complicated but it took about a year to drop that weight, plus more. i have actually gained 8 lbs since my lw so i lost about 45 pounds in one year. i never fast but i was omading about 300-400 cals for a long time with no binges but now i eat 800 n binge occasionally

thank u lovely, i honestly don’t because i have POTS so most days i don’t even get 3k steps. its more about intake than working out. i only really try to workout if i go slightly over my limit I’ll burn the extra off but i can’t handle too much activity

no no i don’t fast! my longest fast ever was 26 hours and i felt like dying. i lost most of the weight by just omading about 400 cals for a few months then brought my intake up to 800. you can absolutely still eat and lose weight
