This is not intended to be a snarky observation at all. These new Sales and Service #GenAI features generated a lot of buzz and follow-up questions from customers. Featured Groups would be a great next step to centralize discussions and build momentum. 👍

Popped over to the Marriot Marquis this AM to take my @Salesforce AI Associate exam. Watching 400x #Trailblazers simultaenously login to Webassessor was a sight to behold! Excellent leadership from the proctor and support staff. 👏🏻

It's disappointing to see some #DF23 attendees exhibiting this kind of careless behaviour. The #leavenotrace mindset isn't only for the mountains. Convention staff and janitors are doing an absolutely incredible job, but let's help them out.
