Just published "A Major Postgres Upgrade with Zero Downtime" Last Christmas, we realized we needed to do a major Posgres upgrade. Normally this requires downtime. But we went on a rabbit hole and got to zero downtime! This goes over the story — we hope you enjoy it : )
