@nick_mccleery It could have been really good!? No? Whiskey sour has egg white and it is incredible. I mean someone with means to pick whatever they want chose it. Turns out they were just odd.

@nick_mccleery Right... Just beaten egg and sherry (cooled with ice), rank. Add some sugar and nutmeg and it is much much nicer, texture still a bit off. I reckon I should have given it a really good shake in a cocktail shaker, not just beat it with a fork. Rum and milk next!?

@nick_mccleery Every door that is hung backwards upsets me. I very my approve of this solution. I once made a door backwards because I wasn't thinking when I fitted the brace (and ignored my clear pencil mark going the other way). Bad day.

@sainsburys No. You don't need my personal details. I am not asking for a refund. I am asking for you to stop packaging all the vegetables in bags. Sainsbury's can prevent plastic waste and food waste by ditching unnecessary packaging. For this it doesn't need the first line of my address.

@nick_mccleery I think the one good reason humanoid robots is if it has to move around any arbitrary space already designed for able bodied humans (stairs, steps, etc) and interact with objects designed for humans (doors, cupboards, etc). Not sure about the purpose of it though. Robot butler!?

@SolidEvidence Interesting, I once found one of my papers on ReasearchGate new first author ahead of me. I never thought to check how deep the scam went.

@ginasue Upfront obvious cost of living in the US isn't that much higher, salary is higher. Random hidden charges, medical bills, etc all add up. I returned from the US to the UK with a 40% salary cut and could save more a year while working less hours and being less stressed

@MeicDolwen Hmm I may look into this as I am very invested in the Makita battery system. I'd feel more comfortable if it was called goodapter, or at least okapter.
