@randomal974199 @2ndbtc Yeah the bitcoin side can perfectly happen on Ark. You can create HTLC's instantly from a VTXO (HTLC's are the basis of cross chain atomic swaps).

@alexbosworth We inspired our work for Elements on an existing PR someone made for Core a long time ago. Not sure if it's still up to date enough, or a rewrite would be better, but code exists. The main challenge was defining the bucket sizes for fee estimation.
