A few weeks ago my brother went to hospital with chest pain and a tingling sensation in his arm, he thought it was a stroke turned out it was a heart attack, weeks later and after tests he has now had a triple heart bypass, he’s now recovering, million thanks NHS

Spending time thinking about Dale. It’s the fifth anniversary of his death and for first time I have had the opportunity to see his memorial. 5 years have passed so fast. I’ll always have happy memories of the decades of fun we both had during our adventures. Love Steve xx
