In his State of the State address last week, His Excellency the Governor requested over $500,000,000 in appropriations. Imagine how much he would ask for if we let him talk all day?! There truly is no problem of the citizens’ he can’t solve if only we give him enough money to do it.

@CockyDownSouth Not opposed to it. But if we potentially divert funding from public education, we’re going to create more roadblocks. This bill does increase competition which I agree will have a positive impact.
