@yasirakhtarMD I doubt it’s device related. That ivus is not obstruction of a normal vessel, it’s a vessel with longstanding chronic atherosclerosis

PCI for anom origin of RCA from L SOV. Guideliner has revolutionized this procedure. We used an EBU 3.75 guide. Curious what guide you would use and do you prefer TF over TR in such cases? @BSWTemple_CVdoc

Two wire types that did not work well for us were completely uncoated wires (like roto), or polymer jacketed wires. I’d be interested to hear how they consistently make it work with roto wire
