People aren't still playing ST, 3S, MVC2, Melee, +R, UMVC3, etc etc in 2024 because they're perfectly balanced. They're not. But people love them regardless because there's so much more to a fighting game outside of "well how balanced is it"

It's a 12 frame, invincible on frame 6 anti air that doesn't hit crossup and costs 2 drive meter. It's not very good.
