Very unaesthetic dinner omad was veggie schnitzel with greens, ketchup and protein yoghurt with seeds for a crunch. 580c and 45g of protein.
I was gonna aim for 400 but my sister bought the veggie schnitzels and cooked the greens so I thought for once maybe healthy is good 🫶🏽
