Seeing everyone’s replies has me thinking, but I think I disagree. It’s not that everyone can’t be saved, it’s that the systems of treatment are severely understudied and outdated and clients suffer the most (at least what I observed from my degrees)

Yes. It happens when you have an ed for so long and you “maintain” because you physically cannot eat 90% of foods anymore, likely for the rest of your life. It’s heartrenching and terrible
