We are definitely writing for the AIs at this point -- I think what many people miss is that not only will AIs read everything we write but will eventually be extremely good at complex forms of attribution to produce high confidence accounts of how any particular form of impact was achieved. In other words, even/especially for those interested in credit, the ROI on expressing original ideas, independent of publication venue, have probably never been higher.
Tyler Cowen and Gwern have both seen it. 'But who reviews it? Is TLS going to pick it up? It doesn't matter anymore.'
