It has been deemed wasteful by almost anyone who sees it. Gaslighting doesn't work as much anymore except on the fringe Dems still claiming the party.

This is misleading. USAID themselves have even stated they will maintain most core groups around the world, so it's only trimming the fat. They are shutting off things like millions of dollars going to support pushing LGBTQ stuff in other countries. The list is public, so go look at it folks. Millions, if not billions, wasted on things that we can all agree don't help anyone aside from NGOs and the politicians with their hands in the cookie jar.
