Finally, NFTs without the ugly timelock hack are now easy. This is the proper way how NFTs should have been on Cardano. Hopefully it is not too late.
Good job Alessandro, it is refreshing to see that someone is actually pushing the possibilities of this chain forward.
I released a few months ago an NFT contract, where you can release a series of NFTs without time constraints and have the option to burn these NFTs at any point (similar to the ERC-721). Yet the time locking policy is pretty much the only policy being used.

Compromising security for user experience is troublesome. Cardano is the only major crypto ecosystem that constantly promotes closed source signing software.
