I was speaking to an Arab and saying your so lucky you know Arabic you can understand Qur'an, in turn they said:
Perhaps it is you who are lucky, you get to gain the reward of learning Arabic for the sake of the Deen(whereas we are born with it)
Gaza is under intense air strikes right now, spare a moment to make Dua
we can never get desensitised and accept it as normal!
حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ
im gonna say this again and again, if you're going through a hard time i advise you as your muslim brother to read Surah Yusuf
Read it with translation so you understand - think about it deeply. Look at the reward of those who are patient and have consciousness (Taqwa) of Allah
It makes me genuinely sad, i see people itching to get back to Music after Ramadan, i really hope we can make an intention to leave it for good and fill our hearts with Qur’an, what if it’s our last Ramadan?
in every meal, in every gathering, while people sit and chit chat, never forget the ummah, never forget what is going on, constantly make dua for them. Never let your heart forget them.
I once saw a brother reply to this and say: It would already be traumatic for her to not be able to have children so i wouldn’t add to that trauma by leaving her. I like this response.

i heard someone say the heart is a vessel and it can only be filled with one thing at a time, Qur’an or music, so choose wisely. the more you consume of Qur’an the more beloved it will be for you and music will become repulsive, so use this month well and don’t give up
may Allah give me so much wealth that i can take in some orphans from Gaza or Syria or Sudan and raise them in my home with a good quality of life one day
life is a cycle, one day your parents will depend on you like you depended upon them as a child
work hard to fulfill that duty seeking the pleasure of Allah alone
I always visualised that if Twitter was a real tangible place, it would be the town square where people gather together to share news and discourse
or perhaps a Mental Asylum
Muslim nations Airdropping food to Gaza is like throwing water bottles over the fence to your neighbour whose house is on fire
surely we are capable of more
For those struggling with hunger and thirst while fasting, just to put it in perspective, atleast we get to have Iftar. Make dua for those oppressed who do not.
Eid Mubarak!
it’s a day to continue obedience of Allah and show gratitude to Him and enjoy the fruits of your labour
may Allah accept your efforts and write you amongst those who are forgiven
